I have looked at several videos on youtube on how to do this and follow the instructions but i am never able to connect to xbox live. i have windows xp. i go to network connections and bridge the LAN with the wireless and hook an ethernet cord up that connects my xbox and computer and it doesnt work, what do i do?!Trying to connect to XBOX LIVE through my laptop HELP?

Internet Connection Sharing should work, it NAT's the IP the same way a router does..
Just make sure both of the adapters are enabled, and you're associated with the AP..

2) Select the first option (';My computer is directly connected to the Internet';) and click Next.
3) Select your Wireless Adapter and click Next
4) Select your LAN Network and click Next.
5) Wait for it to finish configuring the home network.
6) Select ';finish the Wizard'; and end the Wizard.
7) Restart the computer.
8) Connect to the Internet.
9) Try connecting to Xbox Live with your Xbox 360.
10) Success!!
