How can connect to xbox live with wireless connection and laptop but no wired internet (local area connection)?

i have a wireless connection and laptop but i dont have a wired connection (local area connection) so i cant do a bridged connection and i dont want to get the wireless adapter or pay anything to get xbox live. i cant get the box with the wired internet because the xbox 360 is in the third floor and the box is in the living room and i cant bring it up.HELP PLEASEHow can connect to xbox live with wireless connection and laptop but no wired internet (local area connection)?
Same question too! My router is in my parents room. I want to get an XBOX so bad and I'm scared of when I get it I find out I can't even go live and then pay an extra hundred on a wireless plug in thing for the xbox!This didn't help but I just wanted you to know same question haha.

Well if you cannot get the wired connection, you have to buy the wireless adapter. There is no other form, only wired connection or the wireless adapter.





The PS3 is Build in wireless connection.
