If you've forgotten your router's password, you'l have to do a hard reset (there's usually a button on the back you can press using a pin for 15 seconds - check your manual). This will reset all your settings including any wireless security etc. so you'lll have to enter them again. The password will also be reset to the default (check your manual for the default username/password from factory settings).
