Hey guys! I just got an XBOX 360 and I want to get live, but here's the problem. I cant buy a wireless adapter, and my Wireless router's way too far from my XBOX, which is on the upper floor. I've heard you can connect to XBOX Live with just a Laptop. I've already tried a lot of things that I saw on youtube, but my IP Address test always fails. I input the IP adress of my D-Link wireless router. Could you please give me a step by step guide to figure it out? Thanks!
PS: My Laptop runs on Windows Vista.How do I connect to XBOX Live with a Laptop?
You can't run to things at the same IP address. It won't work. Although you can hook up different cords to each one from the router. Or save up for the wireless router.
